McDermott’s gem lifts Tarpons to win

FORT MYERS — After a tough loss Monday night to Mariner, Charlotte High School didn’t have time to feel sorry for itself on the second day of the Battle of the Border tournament at Terry Park.
Tarpons starting pitcher Dillon McDermott made sure of that.
